What we offer:
German-proficient customer service staff sought by successful i-gaming company. Highly competitive salaries are offered for ambitious staff to answer live chat and email. They could also be asked to help process payments and undertake translations on an occasional basis. Written German and English is a requirement, and customer service experience would be a major advantage.
Igaming experience would be ideal but is not essential. Work is in shift patterns so there is some flexibility about hours but also a requirement to work anti-social hours, with weekends and evenings being busy times for what is a 24/7 website. Agents would need to quickly grasp how the site works and assimilate the frequently asked questions and the appropriate answers.
They need to be extremely polite and thorough as our German and Austrian customers rightly demand high standards of care. Successful candidates would also, with training, need to understand the regulatory and responsible gaming framework in which we work and abide by those rules. It would mean working out of an office in Bucharest where a senior member of staff would be based.
There would be a further line of support in Malta, where our head of customer service is based. Salaries would be highly competitive and there would be an opportunity to develop careers, such as in the marketing department, and the possibility at a later date of working abroad.
