    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic person who enjoys conducting marketing research into customer needs, buying habits and trends. He or she has the ability to analyse and translate data into actionable marketing strategies in order to fulfil goals for growth objectives and company branding.

    Responsibilities

    • Gather and analyse information on customer needs and preferences, as well as demographics and customer habits, with the goal of developing creative marketing strategies and identifying potential markets for sales
    • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
    • Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
    • Experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
    • Good knowledge of marketing and analytics tools
    • Great command of Microsoft Office
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
