    Ideal Candidate

    The sales representative will possess good communication skills and will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our product in a compelling and creative way.

    Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell our product to existing and prospective customers.
    • Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships
    • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Supply management with reports based on customer needs, challenges and interests and also activity and results reports (e.g.: daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses)
    • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying and understanding the type of business.
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, analysing reports, and making recommendations to management.
    • Maintains customer data base and updates CRM

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1-2 years of sales experience
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Commitment to excellent customer service
    • Great command of Microsoft Office and CRM
